What’s Really Driving the Market’s Rally

1 | By Wall Street Insights and Indictments Staff

We’ve made it to the tail end of earnings season, and the market is desperately clinging to positive reports. The market’s path is at an impasse: it’s just as likely that it’ll go higher as it is that it’ll go lower. On this week’s episode of Varney & Co., Shah Gilani weighs in on what he thinks the market will do next – and it may surprise you.

Then, stand-in host Charles Payne and Shah discuss the social media company that everyone loves to hate: Facebook Inc. (NasdaqGS:FB). Dangling on the ledge after their most recent security scandal, Facebook is pulling itself up as Zuckerberg reworks his management team – and its share price has responded, jumping 15% since the lows of April 25. Shareholders are happy, but what’s next?

One Response to What’s Really Driving the Market’s Rally

  1. Peggy Street says:

I am in now Tradestation had to do something that blocked my entering the Symbol SPX so I have a
different Symbol that will go through so don’t leave me out. I was wondering if today is too late to
enter the Symbol as it ends today, if you would let me know I would appreciate it. The Symbol that
I got that will finally work is $SPX.X

    thank you
